Got my order immediately...although it would have been better if notifications were sent to me via email or sms on how to track my order. If I did not create an account, I wouldn't have been able to check if my order pushed through or not. I was having trouble trying to reach customer service. Chat support was not responsive, so I have been so worried if my order pushed through when I was already charged for it. Good thing I got the item right away, which vanished all my worries. But kindly improve your notification system and customer service please.
